We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply visit our Returns Portal to start your request. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and intimate apparel are final sale.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer Express Shipping (1-2 business days) at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can cancel or modify your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our support team. After that window, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once the package arrives.
